At Gioseppo, we want you to love your fashion-forward footwear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request Your Return

  Log into your Gioseppo account and select the 'My Orders' section to initiate a return request and receive your authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Gioseppo shoebox and secure them inside a shipping container, ensuring the prepaid return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a home collection via our logistics partner's portal.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
